Bonn – Our training partner Plato Academy is starting in the Advanced Training – Electrophysiology with Module 1 of 4.
Also in 2017, our training partner Plato Academy offers again a variety of neurological trainings for beginners and advanced. The participants of the one- or two-day course modules work effectively and practically in small groups consisting of maximum 20 participants in a pleasant atmosphere and with an impressive view of the Rhine.
The advanced training 2017 with the topic “Electrophysiology” began on the 1st of April with the module “NCV of the upper extremities (motor, sensitive neurography, F-wave)”, under the guidance of the experienced lecturer Volker Milnik. He led the participants through the subject in a practical way and provided numerous tips and tricks for the application of the learned knowledge in the daily work routine. During various exercises at the NEUROWERK EMG, the newly gained knowledge was applied and deepened. From the beginning, our sales manager, Mr Lehmann, was on-site of the course and answered the questions of the users about the comprehensive functions and features of the NEUROWERK EMG. SIGMA Medizin-Technik supports the Plato Academy’s advanced training course with its NEUROWERK systems, which, thanks to their simple and intuitive handling, facilitate the learning of new examination methods.
The Advanced Training “Electrophysiology” consists of three further modules, which build upon each other:
• Module 2: NCV lower extremities (motor, sensitive neurography, F-wave)
• Module 3: Special forms of neurography
• Module 4: Principles of Electromyography
Since each module also includes the repetition of previously processed content, the 4 modules can be used both sequentially and individually. Parallel to the course offer for advanced students, the Plato Academy also offers a basic training in electrophysiology under the direction of Mrs. Aileen Hermann. The basic training consists of five 2-days modules, which can also be assigned individually or in combination.
