Riga, Latvia – First Latvian clinic equips itself with NEUROWERK EEG and EMG systems.
With the support of our local distributor NMS ELPA, SIGMA Medizin-Technik succeeded for the first time to inspire a Latvian university clinic with our NEUROWERK product solutions. During a detailed product demonstration, the participating medical specialists themselves were able to convince themselves of the high quality and easy use of our EEG and EMG systems.
From 9th to 10th February 2017, our sales and service expert Waleed Zeitoun and our local distributor NMS ELPA were invited to the Latvian capital Riga to present our NEUROWERK EEG and EMG to the physicians of the Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital.
The clinic required two new EEG and EMG devices as well as several additional workstations, all have to be connected to a central database. Our NEUROWERK systems offer the ideal solution. By use of the EDP and HL7 interfaces, our products can be easily integrated into the respective clinic or practice network. All examination results recorded on NEUROWERK EEG or EMG are saved on request in a common database and can be called up and evaluated during the recording of different workstations without disturbing or interrupting the measurements on the patient.
The intuitive usability of our devices and many useful tools of the software were recognized by the doctors from the beginning of the demonstration. For example, this includes the setting of markers for marking or describing events in the examination process. Also the mapping, which makes the appearance of certain frequency ranges visually traceable in position and color during the duration of an examination, and the various possibilities for importing and exporting examination results, impressed the medical staff.
We are pleased to get another satisfied customer with the Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital and thank for the trust in our products. Together with our distributor NMS ELPA, we will tackle other promising projects in Latvia.
